WHY OUR MATCHA IS THE BEST
All of our matcha is hand picked and hand ground using the top leaves of the matcha plant. We do not mix it with generic green tea or artificial additives. In our thorough search, it was our mission to find the best tasting matcha on the market. Luckily we found a wonderful small family farm in Japan that cares about their plants as much as we do, and were able to work a deal to be the sole importer of this special matcha to the US market.
Many coffee shops have matcha as a loss leader or secondary item, but the shops we have it in have benefited due to the quality of our product. You wouldn't sell bad coffee, so why would you offer sub par matcha?The market has been saturated with bad culinary matcha. Some companies even mislabel their matcha as "ceremonial" even though it isn't. In Japan, culinary matcha is used for baking, so many coffee shops are actually using what should be baking powder in their matcha drinks. The goal of our top level ceremonial matcha is to offer a refreshingly delicious drink that will provide your business with a profitable product and an enthusiastic, recurring customer base.
We recommend serving matcha in a 12oz cup two ways-"just matcha" at 3g and Matcha Latte at 5g.
