Although we're native New Yorkers from this generation, we were feeling kind of old school. We missed the vibe, culture and character of the 60's, 70's and 80's. From the films to the music, art and ad campaigns- there seemed to be something missing from this decade.

A few years ago I had the idea to start a shirt company that would capture and translate this sentimentality to an apparel line. But there was one big problem: I’m no draftsman.

It wasn't until I ran into talented local artist Anna Williams at a party in Greenwich Village that I found someone who shared my same passion. In addition to her own artistic endeavors, she has helped put a unique stamp on graphic designs that are at once a vintage and modern take on an amalgam of cultural and environmental influences. And so was conceived: Man Eating Tiger.

Not only do we want to share our love with everyone, we want you to share it with the world.

We want you to look and feel good and have an impact when you walk down the street, which is why our shirts are all individually designed and custom made here in New York City out of high quality Giza cotton.
